GETTING STARTED

1. Get Ready: Pick up your participant guide from your Ambassador and begin
tracking on March 2. You can also track and complete this campaign online in
your LIVESMART portal.


2. Get Set: You will select up to two healthy habits to focus on during the
campaign. Review the habits listed on page 2 and fill in on the campaign
tracker (page 3).


3. Go!: Complete your healthy habit for 15 minutes each day. If you miss a day,
complete those minutes during the rest of the week. After 15 days, you can
switch to your second healthy habit choice or stick to the first one if desired.


4. Stop the Clock: Submit your completed tracker to your Ambassador or in
your LIVESMART portal by April 8 for campaign credit.
