HOW IT WORKS
WALKTOBER is a 5-week walking campaign beginning October 1. Participate as a team of 4 or individually. Each participant will track individual steps using a FREE LIVESMART issued pedometer or other fitness tracker. Log your steps online using the LIVESMART portal or submit your completed paper tracker to your on-site Ambassador by November 6 to receive program credit and a completion prize. Complete the Thrive Challenge (see page 2 of your guide) to be entered into the prize drawing.
1. REGISTER ONLINE OR ON-SITE
Register using the link below or with your on-site LIVESMART ambassador by September 30.
2. ATTEND THE KICK OFF EVENT
Attend the kick-off event at your location to receive your Participant Guide with tracking log and FREE Pedometer
3. TRACK YOUR STEPS
Track your steps using the LIVESMART portal (or app) or the tracking log provided by LIVESMART.
4. SUBMIT YOUR LOG
PORTAL/APP: Track at least 4 weeks in the LIVESMART portal by November 6. No other submission required.
PAPER TRACKER: Submit a copy of your tracking log to your on-site LIVESMART Ambassador by November 6.
