BALANCE is a LIVESMART campaign designed to support ONI affiliate employees and family members looking to optimize their health now and in the future. Provided at no charge, this campaign focuses on women’s health and hormone balance. Through this campaign, you will connect with a LIVESMART Health Coach who will guide you through lifestyle changes to promote stability and longevity on your wellness journey. You can participate in this campaign by joining our virtual group sessions (held throughout the year) or by joining this 100% online, self-guided version of the campaign. The online version is designed to be completed over five weeks. Four weeks will include watching recorded sessions, brief quizzes and completing goal-setting exercises to apply what you learn. The final week will include a connect call with your LIVESMART Health Coach to review long-term goals and any additional topics you would like to discuss.
